Learning is best remembered and applied when it is fun, engaging, and meaningful. We keep participants highly engaged with an interactive presentation, group break-out sessions, and visual aids. Our goal is to optimize performance of each individual selected to participate in the developmental initiative, and total organizational performance. We do this by delivering a keynotes and half or full-day workshops.

Dr. Bryan Deptula travels globally to give keynotes and workshops. Bring Dr. Bryan Deptula to your office, or meet and retreat at the BKD Leaders National Leadership Training and Development Conference Center in the Canalside Inn, Rehoboth Beach, DE.

Workshops includes: 8 hours of training and development per participant = 4 to 6 hours of instructor led development + 2 hours pre-reading and post-event follow up. Includes a printed workbook for each participant to use during and after events. Keynotes typically last up to one hour.

Our approach to workshops is to involve everyone right from the start So, while we know some things about leaders leadership, and leading, you also know some things.  We create an interactive relationship where we set frameworks up for the audience, and then we’re going to respond in terms of what that means to you personally. We won’t lecture, and try not to talk more than five or seven minutes consecutively.  After each section, we will ask you some questions to reflect on how that applies to your business specifically.  And then we’ll do some group work, share, and move around the room using whiteboards. The idea being that at the end of the day, even maybe after we go to break, you will have some very quick solutions that you can implement that are easy, that might make a big difference in the way that your organization performs.
